These days gas stations are something more than simple petrol providers. If gas prices are similar everywhere, they need to compete in other areas like good localization, loyalty card coupons or coffee and snacks quality. Customer experience has to be as close to ideal
as possible, so brand’s Facebook page should encourage viewers to use the services of a given gas station repeatedly.

That’s why Circle K organized a contest for their customers. They provided an opportunity
to win extra 250 points on the loyalty club card for 100 people who assembled the puzzles
in the shortest time. However, possessing such a card wasn’t obligatory to take part – everyone could play, so these who scored well, were encouraged to register their own cards and fuel up cars at Circle K stations!
