Like many others, this competition was based on our Text Contest scenario. It’s always a good choice when your goal is to activate fans. To take part in the competition and get a chance of winning the prizes, users needed to write a few words about their dream phone. What’s more, through app’s lead collection features, T-Mobile gathered a great deal of important data to be used in marketing campaigns. These include name, surname, email address and telephone number – the essentials to get in touch with potential clients. Apart from that, the app collected some information concerning the user’s current situation of mobile phone services. And these included: the current operator, mobile plan, and mobile device preferences. This data would allow the operator to prepare even better, personalized offers. Maybe even sway the undecided with the chosen phone? Well, that’s not our part. What matters is that Post Sticker performed one more successful campaign and met the clients expectations!
